Two arrests in connection with diesel thefts

POLICE have arrested two men in connection with thefts of fuel from a construction site in Thatcham.

Officers were called to Mill Lane, Calthrop, at 8pm on Tuesday, January 17, after diesel was stolen from a bowser.

A 42-year-old man from Hungerford and 35-year-old from Maidenhead have been arrested on suspicion of theft and going equipped to steal and bailed until Monday, March 5.
