Warning: M4 closed tonight

THE eastbound M4 between junctions 11 and 10 near Reading will be closed tonight for vital maintenance work.
The eastbound entry slip road at junction 11 in south Reading will also be shut to ensure drivers stay clear of work on the section of the motorway which crosses the River Loddon.
Highway maintenance crews work will be at work between 10pm and 5.30am, when traffic flow is at its lowest, and a fully signed diversion route will be in place, directing drivers off the M4 when they reach junction 11 and via the B3270 Lower Earley Way to rejoin the motorway at junction 10.
Highways Agency spokeswoman Jane Manning said: "Drivers are advised to check conditions before they set out, and to allow some extra time for their journeys if they are affected by the closure."
