BUDDING holistic therapists can tread the path of a celebrity foot reader when she strides into Reading in the spring.

Complementary therapist and life coach Jane Sheehan, who regularly appears on ITV's This Morning, will unveil her skills at a series of seminars and workshops on Saturday and Sunday, March 3 and 4, at Reading University's Whiteknights Campus in Shinfield Road.

The sessions, part of her international tour, explore how feet can indicate people's emotions, personality traits, talents, strengths and weaknesses and act as a marker for personal development and growth.

Jane, who has conducted foot readings for comedian Alan Carr and television presenters Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, said: "We are all used to changing our facial expressions and hiding our true feelings, but we can't do that with our feet - they tell the truth.

"Simply by analysing the shapes of feet and toes, we can tell an awful lot about a person. By using the guidelines I teach in the seminar, you can amaze your family and friends by exposing their hidden selves. You can also take it further and use foot reading as a self-help guide to improving your control over you own life."

The sessions are open to anyone from complete beginners to qualified therapists and reflexologists wanting to deepen their knowledge.

She will also be promoting her books 'Let's Read Our Feet' plus the Foot Reading Coach and 'Sole Trader - The Holistic Therapy Business Handbook' touching on how she left an office job in 2005 to launch her Foot Reading business.

Tickets cost £80 per day. Contact 07739 802 175 or see www.footreading.com
