POLICE are hunting arsonists who staged a double attack at a goods depot in the early hours of today (Saturday).

Staff at Yodel in Deacon Way, Tilehurst, raised the alarm at 1.30am when someone smashed a van window and set fire its upholstery and ignited a rag and put it next to roller doors.

Crews from Dee Road fire station arrived within minutes but employees had already extinguished the blaze and prevented it from spreading to the rest of the building.
