Flooding closes roads

TWO roads in the Wokingham borough remain closed following the torrential rain yesterday (Thursday).

Redlake Lane, Wokingham and Lands End Ford near Charvil are closed.

A stretch of road under the railway bridge in Emmbrook Road, Wokingham and Sandford Lane, which runs between Woodley and Hurst, have reopened.

St Crispin's Leisure Centre gym has reopened after flooding yesterday afternoon.

Call the centre in London Road, Wokingham, to confirm its availability before attending on 0118 979 1066.
