ROAD resurfacing work will cause delays for motorists travelling through Finchampstead over the next two weeks.
It is affecting a section of Finchampstead Road by the junction with Nine Mile Ride and part of Jubilee Road, from its junction with Wick Hill Lane to Church Lane.
The works, by Wokingham Borough Council, started yesterday (Wednesday) and will take about 10 days to complete.
During the first week, temporary traffic signals will be set up and from Monday, a road closure will be in place.
The diversion route for through traffic will be along B3430 Nine Mile Ride, A321 Lower Wokingham Road and B3348 Wellingtonia Avenue.
All affected residents have been notified.
