HISTORY enthusiasts can go with the flow in a rare opportunity to get behind the scenes at the Mills Archive Trust.

The museum in Watlington Street, Reading town centre, is open to the public on Friday and Saturday from 10am-4pm as part of the town’s Heritage Open Days.

It houses the country's largest mill related archives, with more than two million documents, photographs, drawings, millwrights reports and family histories connected with waterways dating back to the 1800s.
