THE next meeting of Holybrook Parish Council will be held at the Beansheaf Community Centre in Charrington Road, Calcot, at 7.30pm on Monday.
The meeting is expected to attract a large number of residents eager to hear what councillors decide to submit to West Berkshire Council with regards to the Bellway Homes planning application for the Underwood Road shopping precinct.
The developer has applied to build a four storey development containing 74 flats, a shop and doctors surgery on the run-down site.
The meeting will also include a presentation from a prospective new councillor.
