THE BTCV Biodiversity Action Team will be taking part in this year's RESCUE event in Prospect Park on Sunday.
The team will meet at the gate on the corner of Honey End Lane and Bath Road at 10am to do a litter pick in the morning and plant a 100m of new hedgerow in the afternoon. The event will run until 3.30pm and is a great alternative way to spend Mother's Day.
The event is free and BTCV will provide all the tools, materials, refreshments, insurance cover and guidance. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult and those aged 16 and 17 can attend but need prior consent. Contact Oonagh Kelleher for a consent form on 0118 947 5049 or for more information visit seewc-bat@btcv.org.uk
