A HOMELESS centre is offering its clients a unique way to rebuild their lives by encouraging them to open up and explore their deepest feelings.
Merchants Place-based charity Reading Single Homeless Project (RSHP) launches its Emotional Intelligence Project on Wednesday, January 20, to help those who have lost everything address feelings of anger, guilt, sadness and low self-esteem.
The eight-week course, funded by an £8,230 grant from the National Lottery Awards For All, consists of two-hour group discussions, workshops and question and answer sessions to nurture their self-confidence.
