A MAN suffered a partially dislocated shoulder after a thug attacked him with a metal bar in Burghfield.
The 21-year-old at the junction of Hunter's Hill and Omers Rise with two other men last Sunday shortly after 6.45pm when the offender pounced after approaching him from behind.
The victim, who also sustained a bruised leg, fled before his attacker could land another blow. His two friends were unharmed.
Anyone who witnesses the attack should contact Newbury police station's PC Nicholas Pringle on 0845 8505 505 or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
