EIGHTIES pop star Carol Decker opens a joint Christmas fair between Kidmore End Primary School and St John The Baptist Church tomorrow at noon.
The T'Pau frontwoman will perform the group's well-known hit, China In Your Hand, and sing carols with the school's choir at the event, held at the Chalkhouse Green Road primary.
Stalls will feature Christmas decorations, antiques, make-up, cards and wrapping paper, beauty products, jewellery, toys, gifts and cakes, and Father Christmas will be in his grotto.
There will also be a food hall selling mulled wine and mince pies, homemade soup and cakes, hotdogs and other treats, while a silent auction and grand raffle will raise funds for an adventure playground for the school and for the church's day-to-day running costs.
