A CHARITY'S Christmas fair has raised its highest ever total this year.

Last month's event earned £1,549.49 for the Berkshire MS Therapy Centre in August End, west Reading, which provides therapies and support for people with multiple sclerosis. Trish Wright, who organised the event with Glynis Wilks and other members of the centre's Link group, which liaises between the centre's users and management, said: "It is the most we've ever made. It was fantastic. We had more people than we had ever had before and everyone had a really good time." Visit www.bmstc.org
