COMMUTERS faced disruption on the trains this morning as a trespasser had to be removed from the line close to Reading West station.
Train services from West Reading were cancelled after reports of a trespasser on the line, early this morning.
A spokesman for British Transport Police confirmed they were called to the line close to Reading West station at 6.26am on Tuesday 28.
They said: "Colleagues from Thames Valley Police and South Central Ambulance Service also attended, and a 34-year-old man was escorted from the railway and taken to a place of safety."
They confirmed that no one was injured in the incident.
A spokesperson from First Great Western said that services from West Reading are now back up and running.
