A SECOND flasher has struck in Caversham.
The 48-year-old victim was walking along the pathway at the rear of the houses near Milestone Way when she passed a white man standing on the grass verge exposing himself and touching himself inappropriately.
The flasher is between 5ft 10ins and 6ft tall with a slim build, long thin face and short fair swept back hair, possibly dyed blond. He is believed to be between 25 and 40 years old and was wearing a tan coloured short jacket and grey trousers or tracksuit bottoms.
Police would like to speak to a female dog walker who was on the path moments before the incident took place.
It follows four incidents in Caversham and Tilehurst where a white man, believed to be in his thirties, wearing a hooded top and sunglasses exposed himself to girls walking in Propsect Park and Balmore Park.
Police are not linking this incident to the previous ones.
