A MAN who died after being pulled from the River Thames near Reading Bridge on Sunday evening has been named as Adam Hutchins.
Mr Hurchins, of Newtown Road in Newbury, was pulled from the river by emergency services after falling into the water from the towpath near George Street, in Caversham, at around 6.45pm.
The 23-year-old was rushed to the Royal Berkshire Hospital, but he died later that evening. An inquest into his death was opened today.
The man’s next of kin have been informed and police are treating the death as unexplained, but not suspicious.
