A MAN has appeared at Reading Magistrates’ Court in connection with a traffic collision in west Reading.
Azar Iqbal, 32, from Essex Street, Katesgrove, was charged with attempted grievous bodily harm (GBH) and dangerous driving yesterday and appeared at court later that day.
The charges relate to a collision in Prospect Street on Sunday which resulted in a man’s legs being pinned against his Vauxhall Astra by another car - a Vauxhall Corsa. The man was taken to hospital but discharged on Monday.
Iqbal was remanded in custody to appear at Reading Crown Court on Monday, September 29.
