THE manipulative former boyfriend of teenager Jayden Parkinson has been found guilty of her murder today.
After more than 20 hours deliberation the jury of six men and six women found Ben Blakeley guilty of strangling his pregnant ex-girlfriend by a majority of 11-1 at Oxford Crown Court.
Blakeley, 22 of Christchurch Road in Reading, strangled the 17-year-old and buried her in his uncle's grave in Didcot last December.
He admitted manslaughter but denied murder throughout the five-week trial. He will be sentenced tomorrow.
The jury, after five days of deliberations, has not yet returned a verdict on the charge against his brother Jake, 17, of preventing Jayden's unlawful burial.
