A MAN was rescued by fire fighters when he was unable to get down from the top of a multi-storey car park last night.

Crews from Whitley Wood fire station used an aerial ladder to help the man, in his 20s, down from the Oracle car park above the IDR at 11.45pm.

He was arrested on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly and is being quizzed by police.
