Stunning new look for property business

JON Hallett says the stunning look of his new Blagrave Street office will raise the bar for his entire business.

His property firm was first established in Woodley in 1993 and expanded by opening in King's Walk (now The Walk) in 2001, but Jon has now moved that branch to the plushest office of them all - a £1m refit of an empty unit in Blagrave Street.

The paperless office has a small garden, 100Mb broadband and themed decor and artwork.

There is a waiting area, reception desk, plasma screens and computers for clients to use while they wait. The redevelopment took two years from the start of planning. Later this year the company - until now a lettings agency - plans to add a sales division within the new office, dealing with high-end properties.

Jon said: "We want to be the best. We want to demonstrate that we are the best agent.

"We will do that by continually scrutinising ourselves and improving our technology systems so we can better serve the public. We want to make ourselves the logical choice of agent. There is a massive opportunity at the high end of property sales."

His revamped website, with graphics matching the new-look office, will also include 360 degree imagery of properties.
