Rugby boss wants business to help convert Irish fortunes

ANDY Martin wants the business community to help make his London Irish dream a reality.
Club chief executive Andy, 42, spent 25 years with Barclays, becoming managing director of global sales with the commercial division.
After the credit crunch cast a shadow over the banking world, he sought a new challenge with the help of friends in both the headhunting and sports industries.
They helped match his ambitions with London Irish's need for someone to commercialise its business to keep pace with on-field improvements.
