VISITORS to the Reading Job and Learning Fair were surprised to see Chronicle news editor Maurice O'Brien roaming the stands last Friday.
But far from jobhunting, Maurice was judging the top stand at the Chronicle-sponsored job fair, which is run by New Directions.
He chose the stand run by Graft, a charity which helps disabled and disadvantaged people gain employment, and presented a bottle of champagne to Grant's Aideen Henry to recognise the charity's efforts.
