A MAN has been taken to hospital with a broken pelvis after being cut from his car by firefighters following a “serious” crash last night.
Crews from Whitley Wood and Dee Road fire stations were called to the scene in Pangbourne Road at 8.15pm following reports of a Toyota colliding with a Vauxhall Corsa.
The driver of the Corsa, also male, suffered minor injuries however the other driver was rushed to the Royal Berkshire Hospital by paramedics having suffered a fractured pelvis.
Both crews left the scene at 9.15pm.
