I was glad to see that Rob Wilson (Chronicle, July 7) is "outraged" at the allegations that police were taking money and that innocent victims' voicemails were hacked into by those acting on behalf of the News of the World.
It would be good to have his comments also on David Cameron's appointment of former News of the World editor
Andy Coulson firstly at Conservative HQ and then at No 10, now that Mr Coulson has been arrested on both those counts.
And while Mr Wilson is writing, perhaps he could also explain why last week he voted in the House of Commons against retaining Labour's tax on bankers' bonuses, the money from which we wanted to use to restore the Future Jobs Fund to tackle youth unemployment. There are after all about a million young unemployed in this country now, not a few of them in his constituency.
Bet we don't hear from him on either issue.
