More than 50 new acts have been announced for this year's Reading Festival - including some local names.
Joining the main stage headliners Queens Of The Stone Age / Paramore, Arctic Monkeys and Blink 182 are Berkshire bands Young Guns and Dry The River, who play on Sunday and Saturday respectively. The Berkshire boys have been added to the bill alongside Blood Red Shoes, Crossfaith, Pulled Apart By Horses,Gnarwolves, Tonight Alive, The Story So Far and nu-metal veterans Papa Roach.
Boosting the NME/Radio 1 stage's bill are Twin Atlantic, Mallory Knox, Lonely The Brave, The Horrors, The Kooks and Twin Shadow, while over on Dance Stage Duke Dumont Live, AlunaGeorge, Gesaffelstein, The Glitch Mob, Borgore, Adventure Club, Snakehips and Electric Youth take to the stage alongside headliners Netsky Live, Pendulum DJ Set and Flume.
At the Lock Up tent, on Friday Jimmy Eat World making a second appearance on the bill after their main stage slot, alongside Brody Dalle (formerly of The Distillers). Gypsy punks Gogol Bordello will close the Sunday night with Frank Turner's hardcore side project Möngöl Hörde and Architects fill second headliner slot below Of Mice & Men on Saturday.
Over on the cutting edge Festival Republic stage, the headliners have been revealed as Palma Violets, Band Of Skulls and Augustines.
