AMARPREET SINGH SANGHA, 30, of Norcot Road, Tilehurst, admitted drink-driving a BMW 325 d series on Old Bath Road, Calcot, on September 2, 2017. He was fined £160, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £85 costs. He is disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months if he satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.

JOHN MICHAEL SHACKELL, 34, of Embrook Way, Calcot, admitted being drunk and disorderly at Portdown, Hungerford on September 1, 2017. He was fined £75, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £75 costs.

ROXETTE HABIMANA, 47, of Admirals Court, Reading, was convicted of committing fraud by dishonestly making false representation, using a ticket which had been fraudulently obtained to avoid payment at Slough Railway Station on November 16, 2016. She must work unpaid for 60 hours, pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £200 costs.

ALEXANDER JAMES SAVVA, 24, of Greenham Close, Newbury, admitted assaulting a man by beating him at The Railway Tavern, Station Road, Hungerford, on December 30, 2016. He must work unpaid for 80 hours, pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £150 costs.

GRAHAM WILKIE, 33, of Hill Street, Reading was convicted of criminal damage to a bedroom door in Tilehurst on July 18, 2017. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months. A restraining order was made and he was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and cost of £775.

LIAM SCOTT CHARLTON, 34, of Lilac Close, Purley on Thames, admitted breach of a restraining order on conviction of harassing and pestering a woman at Burghfield Common on July 11, 2017. He was sent to prison for four months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115. He also admitted assault by beating a woman on July 11, 2017. He was sent to prison for two months to run concurrently.

CHARMAINE JEFFREY, 55, of Red Cottage Drive, Calcot, admitted breaking the 40mph speed limit in a Volkswagen on A4 Bath Road, Tilehurst, on March 31, 2017. She was fined £200 and three points added to her driving licence.

MARC MCCARTHY, 33, of Mey Close, Calcot, admitted drink-driving a Ford Fiesta on Sulham Hill, Sulham, on September 1, 2017. He was fined £250, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £30 costs. He is disqualified from driving for 18 months, reduced by 16 weeks if he satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.

JAMEEL IQBAL, 27, of Kingsgate Place, Reading, admitted driving without due care and attention on Friar Street, Reading on October 2, 2016. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £500 costs.

LUCAS SAM TRUSSLER, 21, of Buckland Road, Reading, admitted assault by beating a woman on September 1, 2017. He must work unpaid for 25 days, a restraining order was made, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £85 costs.

CARL NZUME, 24, of Glym Walk, Calcot, admitted possessing a three-and-a-half inch kitchen knife in a public place without good reason or lawful authority. A community order was made, he was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £85 costs.

GARY RICHARD KENT, 36, of Kingsley Close, Reading, admitted criminal damage to the window pane of the front door of a woman's house. He was discharged conditionally for six months, pay £150 compensation, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 costs.

SHANE ROBERTS, 20, of Foxhays Road, Reading, admitted possessing a hammer without lawful authority or reasonable excuse outside a flat at School Green, Shinfield on September 3, 2017. He must work unpaid for 170 hours, pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £85 costs.

BRIAN PATRICK CHARLTON, 27, of Coronation Square, Reading, admitted being drunk and disorderly on Blagrave Street, Reading, on September 19, 2017. He was fined £50, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £50 costs.
