Teen who died at Reading Festival named as inquest date set
A TEENAGER who died at Reading Festival has been named.
Matthew Jones, 17, was found unresponsive in his tent in the early hours.
Paramedics were called and sadly, despite their efforts, Matthew was pronounced dead at the scene.
The inquest in to the death of the youngster, from Leighton Buzzard, will take place on September 5 in Oxfordshire.
Former Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher, who headlined the festival on the Sunday night, was among the hundreds to send their condolences to the boy's family.
Police confirmed there were no suspicious circumstances.
