A MAN who racially abused a motorist during a morning road rage argument is being hunted by police.

Thames Valley Police received reports that a white man, aged in his 50's, driving a white Suzuki Carry van along the A33 towards Reading, when it suddenly stopped.

He pulled over in front of another motorist driving a silver Nissan Quasqai, and got out of the van.

He then walked towards the silver Nissan and hurled racial abuse at the driver in the incident at around 8am.

He then got back into the van and fled the scene on Tuesday August 11.

A spokesman for Thames Valley Police said: "The two vehicles were travelling along the A33 towards Reading, near to Three Mile Cross and the roundabout at Junction 11 of the M4.

"The driver of the white Suzuki van then stopped his vehicle and exited the van before shouting racially abusive language at the driver of the Qashqai."
