TENNIS fans are being invited to sign up for a new booking system which is due to launch next month.
The courts at Christchurch Meadows in Caversham have received a much-needed facelift in the last 12 months.
Reading Borough Council is working with the Lawn Tennis Association and GDTennis to introduce a new booking system from April.
Councillor Sarah Hacker, lead member for Sport, said: “The positive changes we are planning to introduce at Christchurch Tennis Courts will bring a host of benefits for tennis players and I hope it will encourage more people to take up the sport locally.
“I also encourage people who are interested to sign up in advance of the new booking system’s launch this April.”
Casual pay and play bookings and annual memberships for the whole family will all be available to purchase.
