JEWELLERY, a Playstation and trainers have all been stolen from homes during a spate of burglaries in Whitley.

On Friday, February 9, was seen attempting to break into the rear of a property in Blandford Road between 7.30pm and 8.05pm. The offenders didn't manage to gain entry and nothing was stolen.

Earlier that same evening, someone broke into a property in Greenfields Road through the UPVC front door between 5pm and 8pm, and made off with jewellery and electrical equipment. Anyone with any information should call 101, quoting reference number 43180043138.

Between 5.30pm and 10.20pm that same evening, someone broke into a property in Whitley Wood Road and stole trainers. Anyone with any information is urged to call 101, quoting reference number 43180043249.

Finally, on Saturday (10), someone smashed a living room window of a property in Lexington Grove between midnight and 11.30am, and made off with cash, alcohol and a Playstation. Anyone with any information regarding this incident should call 101, quoting reference 43180043638.
