VOTERS are expected to head to local polling stations in their thousands on May 3 for this year’s local elections.
Constituents will decide the future of all but one of the wards in Reading Borough, with Mapledurham not included this year.
Poll cards are being distributed, as residents think carefully about which party and which candidates to vote for.
The Chronicle has put together a comprehensive guide to this year’s elections, with details on who is standing in each ward and where your local polling stations are situated.
As long as you registered before wthe deadline on April 17, or April 25 for proxy vote applications, you are entitled to have your say.
Abbey Ward
