A BROTHER and sister will be taking on a mammoth rally challenge in memory of their father.
Marie and Jason Hoadley lost their dad Stephen to lung cancer eight months ago and decided to fundraise by signing up for the Mongol Rally for Mesothelioma UK.
The team - called Chippy’s Little Rascals - will travel nearly 10,000 miles, starting from Gravesend in Kent, before finishing in Russia five weeks later.
Jason said: "Dad was a carpenter and was exposed to asbestos during the course of his work. He was a hardworking family man, a cheeky chappy, a lovely lad and a gentle man.
"Dad was diagnosed in May last year. Mesothelioma UK have been a great support and continue to do invaluable work to help families and provide research into this cancer.
