THIS is a man police want to talk to after a motorist was flashed in broad daylight.

The victim, a 33-year-old woman, was sat in her car in Kendrick Road, Reading, close to the junction of Morgan Road.

What came next was a shocking incident when a man walked up to her car and flashed his genitals towards her.

The startled victim locked the doors and fled the scene, shortly after 12.30pm on Sunday, February 11.

A spokesman for Thames Valley Police said: "The victim, a 33-year-old woman, was sat in her car when a man approached the passenger door and exposed himself.

"This alarmed the victim, who locked the car doors and immediately drove off.

"The offender is described as a white man, aged in his early thirties to early forties, around 5ft 10ins tall and of stocky build.

"He has a light complexion with very thin, balding hair.

The man was wearing a white t-shirt with dark jeans and black leather shoes.

Investigating officers released an E-Fit image of a man they wish to speak to. They believe he could hold vital clues into the case.

Police constable Dennis Hicks said: "I would like to appeal to anyone who recognises this person to come forward.

"As this incident took place in the middle of the day, I would particularly like to hear from any motorists who may have dash cam footage of the offender standing close to the parking payment machine at the junction of Morgan Road.
