MATT Rodda MP has revealed a new programme to help get more young people into employments.
The Stronger Together Access to Work initiative was presented on Friday, in partnership with Reading UK CIC and will officially launch next month.
The Reading East MP is hoping to engage with young people by focusing on supported employment and give them the best possible start in life.
Mr Rodda said: “Job hunting can be difficult and I hope this event will help many local jobseekers find the new job they are looking for.
“I am grateful to Reading Jobcentre and the Stronger Together partnership for working with me and for putting on what I hope will be an outstanding event.”
The first event to be organised under the ‘Stronger Together’ banner will be held at Penta Hotel on Oxford Road on April 20.
