The following cases were heard at Reading Magistrates' Court between February 10-16...

BRIAN PATRICK CHARLTON, 28, from Coronation Square, Reading, admitted threatening and abusive behaviour on February 3, 2018 in Reading. He was sentenced to four weeks prison suspended for 12 months. He must comply with a rehabilitation order, pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £85 costs.

JAMES KIRIAMITI, 32, of Drake Way, Reading, admitted, exceeding the 70ph speed limit on M4 J20-19 Eastbound, Bristol on July 15, 2016. He was fined £126, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £85 costs. Three points were added to his licence.

ZAK BOULTON, 26, of Hildens Drive, Tilehurst, admitted failing to comply without a resonable excuse to a community order. He was fined £75 and £60 costs.

FRAZER JUSTIN PEACOCK, 48, of Paynesdown, Thatcham, admitted drink driving a Vauxhall Zafira on Paynesdown Road, Thatcham, on December 24, 2017. He was committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £85 costs. He is disqualified from driving for 48 months. He also admitted driving the vehicle without due care and attention.

RASHID KIYAN, 42, of Manchester Road, Reading, was convicted of plying for hire a vehicle which was not licensed as a public hackney carriage on Bridge Street on or about January 21, 2017. He was fined £500, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £50 and £1,000 costs.

SCOTT ANDREW JOHNSON, 22, of Hutton Close, Earley, was convicted of driving a vehicle without due care and attention on Whiteknights, Road, Reading on October,11, 2017. He was fined £40, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £120 costs. Three points were added to his licence.

GRAHAM BARKER, 43, of Three Firs Way, Burghfield Common, admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty on Mill Lane, Newbury, on November 28, 2017. He was committed to prison for three weeks and ordered to pay £115 compensation.

ANDREW EDWARD BIBBIN, 47, of Wykeham Road, Reading, was convicted of obtaining sexual gratification by observing another person doing a private act knowing that that person did not consent to being observed. A community order was made, he was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £610 costs.

MAURICE JOHN BLACK, 36, of Crawford Place Newbury, was proved in his absence of travelling on a Great Western Railway train without paying the £3.60 fare on June 13, 2017. He was fined £220, pay £3.60 compensation, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £85 costs.

DANIEL BUTCHER, 26 of Southcote Lane, Reading was proved in his absence of travelling on a Great Western Railway train without paying the £23.60 fare on June 5, 2017. He was fined £440, pay £23.60 compensation, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £44 and £85 costs.

EMILIA LOURENEO, 19, of Kendrick Road, Reading was proved in her absence of travelling on a Great Western Railway train without paying the £56.25 fare on June 5, 2017. She was fined £220, pay £56.25 compensation, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £85 costs.
