AWARD-winning housebuilder Crest Nicholson will be in attendance at the Help to Buy South event this weekend which is taking place at the Rivermead Leisure Complex.

The free event will give prospective homeowners the chance to learn more about Help to Buy from exhibiting housebuilders and housing associations.

Crest Nicholson will be in attendance to talk about their hugely popular Arborfield Green development. The garden village scheme based in Wokingham - frequently named among the most desirable places to live in the country - is now offering prospective homeowners their ‘last chance to buy’ at the Waterman’s View phase of the development.

Two, two bedroom apartments are still available to buy at Waterman’s View with prices starting from £299,000.

The next phase of Crest Nicholson’s Arborfield Green, Barkham Place, launches later this year and will feature one and two bedroom apartments, and two-five bedroom houses. The apartments and two and three bedroom houses will be available with Help to Buy.

Also in attendance at Saturday’s event at the Crest Nicholson stand will be mortgage experts, One77 mortgages.

Alastair McKee, Managing Director of One77 mortgages said: “Help to buy is a fantastic Government initiative which is helping thousands of people across the UK purchase property.

"Without it, the task of saving such huge deposits these days would put most people off. Help to Buy is an even bigger boost for people buying in the South and South East and the Arborfield Green development is a prime example of the Government initiative allowing people to purchase their dream home and making the purchase earlier than they were anticipating.”

Marcus Evans, Sales and Marketing Director at Crest Nicholson said: “Help to Buy is popular at a number of our developments and Arborfield Green is no exception. It’s a great initiative and perfect for first time buyers and young families.”

Arborfield Green has been developed with families in mind. Bohunt School is close by and on-site is a well-equipped playground. Hazebrook Meadow, a new 35-acre landscaped park, is just minutes away and nature abounds at the development which boasts: 95 acres of natural and semi-natural greenspace; 6 acres of allotments and community gardens; and 2.5km of new bridle paths.

Prospective buyers at Waterman’s View are encouraged to act quickly to avoid disappointment. For more information, visit: https://www.crestnicholson.com/arborfield-green/ or call the sales team on: 01184024768.
