Abandoned dog on death row looking for loving owner
A DESPERATE appeal to rescue a dog from being put to sleep has been launched.
The female pit bull was found on Tuesday in the town centre near Reading West Station without a tag or chip.
Reading Borough Council conducted a review of the canine and found pit genes.
Without an owner, the dog will sadly have to be euthanised.
The council has agreed to give the owner more time to come forward after it was dumped.
