IKEA customers at the Reading store had yet another reason to be dismayed after some were trapped in a lift.

Firefighters from Wokingham Road and Wokingham Fire Station were called to the Calcot store at around 12.50pm on Sunday, February 12.

Five customers were trapped in the lift for around 20 minutes before they were freed.

It comes after the Chronicle revealed customers had once again been stuck in the car park for around two hours last Sunday.

A spokesman from the store promised they were reviewing the ongoing congestion issues with the car park.
