READERS of the Reading Chronicle have an exclusive chance to meet Ruby Wax and win a signed copy of her new book when she comes to Reading.

In 2013 the American actress branched out from the entertainment business and obtained a Master's Degree in Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy from the University of Oxford.

Wax, who has been open about her own struggle with depression, subsequently wrote 'A Mindfulness Guide for the Frazzled', an outline of how to live a healthier, happier life.

At 7.30pm on January 12 she will be visiting Waterstones Reading Broad Street to discuss the book and sign copies.
