KIMBERLEY Williams, 29, of Merton Road South, Reading admitted failing to inform Reading Borough Council of increased earning form You Rent Lettings, which would have impacted her housing benefit. She was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a £15 victim surcharge.


LUKE Alder-Searle, 23, of Waylen Street, Reading, admitted being drunk a disorderly in Basingstoke Road, assaulting a police constable, and breaching a conditional discharge. He was fined £200, ordered to pay costs of £50, a victim surcharge of £30 and compensation of £75.


DANIEL Bebski, 21, of no fixed abode, admitted being drunk and disorderly in the Royal Berkshire Hospital. He was given a one month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20.


PETER Loveland, 43, of Arthur Place, Reading, admitted damaging a back door belonging to Reading Borough Council. He was given a 12 month conditional discharge, ordered to pay compensation of £200, a victim surcharge of £20, costs of £85 and given a restraining order.


LEANNE Black, 24, of Park Way Newbury, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Hill View Place. She was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £40.


WILLIAM Treeton, 57, of Ian Mikardo Way, Reading, admitted beating a woman. He was ordered to attend a 30 day rehabilitation programme, pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £40.


CONNOR Cassidy, 21, of no fixed abode, admitted having a knife and bolt cutters in Bridge Street on the same day he tried to steal a pedal bike, and failing to attend Reading Magistrate's Court. He was give a suspended sentence, ordered to complete a 25-day supervision order and pay a victim surcharge of £115. The knife and bolt cutters were ordered to be destroyed.


PIERCE Darlow, 27, of Romany Lane, Tilehurst, admitted having a mobile phone whilst a prisoner at HMP Bullingdon. He was given a six week sentence and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115.


STEPHEN Painter, 39, of Maiden Place, Earley, admitted stealing a robot toy from Toys R Us worth £59, possession of cannabis, assaulting a constable, failing to surrender to bail, stealing meat worth £14.67 from Co-Op, and meat worth £40 from Sainsburys in Broad Street. He was given a 12 month suspended sentence and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115.


MANSOOR Sabir, 60, of Basingstoke Road, Reading, admitted possession of Heroin and Cocaine in Blagdon Road. He was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.


ABDUL Kabir, 40, of Park Avenue Thatcham, admitted possession of Heroin in Stoney Lane. He was fiend £100, and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85.


TIMOTHY Willis, 49, of Old Newtown Road, Newbury, admitted handling a stolen racing bike worth £1,200. He was fined £150, and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a £30 victim surcharge.


OWEN Creighton, 31, of Odiham Avenue, Caversham, admitted driving on Church End Lane in Tilehurst over the drug drive limit and possession of cannabis. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, ordered to carry out 80 hours of unpaid work, and pay a victim surcharge of £85, and costs of £85.


FRED Mwambenja, 21, of Teviot Road, Tilehurst, admitted drug driving, driving without a license of insurance and possession of cannabis. He was given a 30 hour community order, disqualified from driving for 12 months, and pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85.


GERARD Powell, 31, of no fixed abode stole a total of £425 of alcohol from Walkabout in Reading over two days. He was jailed for 14 weeks and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115.


SAPRA Retail LTD on Longfield Road Twyford sold alcohol to a person under 18. The store was fined £195, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £1,334.


STEPHEN Catlyn, 48, of Arborath Road, Reading admitted possession of a Stanley knife in Osborune Road. He was given a 12 month suspended sentence. He was ordered to pay costs of £250 and a victim surcharge of £115.
