The following cases were heard at Berkshire's magistrates' courts from September 26-30.

TIMOTHY O'SHEAD, 37, of no fixed abode, admitted to stealing clothes worth £298 from House of Fraser, Reading on August 25, 2016. As he was serving a suspended sentence, he was given ten weeks in prison and ordered to pay £115.

PAUL GARY RICHARDSON, 30, of Honey Meadow Close, Caversham, admitted to damaging a windowsill and electricity box on August 27, 2016. He was ordered to pay £415.

MARC ANDY WOODAGE, 28, of Pearson Way, Woodley, admitted to assaulting a woman on September 24, 2016 and damaging a window on September 24, 2016. He was sentenced to 12 weeks in prison suspended for 18 months, was handed a restraining order and was ordered to pay £200.

DENISE ANTONIO, 38, of Oxford Road, Reading, admitted to stealing £78 of children's clothing from Marks & Spencers on April 23, 2016. She was discharged conditionally for 18 months and was ordered to pay £105.

DOUGLAS KOPP, 31, of Cleares Pasture, Burnham, admitted to damaging an HTC phone belonging to Mohammed Akbari and resisting arrest on April 26, 2016 in Reading. He was ordered to pay £877.

NARESH SINGH MANHAS, 41, of Kings Road, Reading, admitted to driving a Fiat Piccato Index along Broad Street with 119 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath on August 26, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 29 months and was sentenced to 12 weeks in prison.

DAVID ANTHONY PAVONE, 33, of Pottery Road, Tilehurst, admitted to driving a Vauxhall Corsa along the M4 with 45 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath on September 7, 2016. He was suspended from driving for 12 months and was ordered to pay £569.

ANTHONY GORDON HUNT, 28, of Stanshaw Road, Reading admitted to stealing food and alcohol worth £23.65 from Sainsburys on September 10, 2016. He was discharged conditionally for two years and was ordered to pay £21.65.

SUNNY ILUMAR BASSI, 31, of Highgrove Street, Whitley, admitted to assaulting a man in Reading on June 18, 2016. He was handed a 10 day community order and was made to pay £100.

AMY PARKER, 29, of no fixed abode, admitted carrying a knife in St Marys Butts on September 23, 2016 and assaulting a police officer on the same day. She was sentenced to 16 weeks in prison and was ordered to pay £115.

THERESA ANITA YEARWOOD, 41, of Pennyroyal Court, Reading, admitted to being in possession of cannabis on June 11, 2016. She was discharged conditionally for 12 months and was ordered to pay £70.

BEDRICH MACH, 30, of no fixed abode, was convicted of possessing a knife in Christchurch Meadows, Reading on May 20, 2016. He was discharged conditionally for 18 months and was ordered to pay £210.

MICHAEL CLIVE DAVIS, 32, of Grovelands Place, Reading, admitted to interfering with a number of different cars throughout September, 2016. He was sentenced to prison for 42 weeks and was ordered to pay £115.

MARTIN DANIEL JUDD, 29, of Stanshawe Road, Reading, admitted to stealing numerous items including irons, a printer and blue tooth speakers from Wilko, Broad Street Mall on several occasions throughout July and August. He was given a 10 day community order and was ordered to pay £100.

GARETH PAGE, 47, of Oxford Road, Reading, admitted to driving an uninsured Suzuki Swift along the A329M with 111 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood and without a licence on May 29, 2016. He was handed a five day community order, was disqualified from driving for 48 months and was ordered to pay £925.

GUXIM SYLMETAJ, 28, of Argyle Street, Reading, admitted to being drunk and disorderly in Reading on May 20, 2016. He was fined £270.

ROBBIE NIGEL MARTIN, 25, of no fixed abode, admitted to damaging two mobile phones, two landline phones and a toaster at a Mill Road, Burghfield property on September 27 and to beating a woman at the same property on the same day. He was committed to prison for 16 weeks, was handed a restraining order and was made to pay £115.

ROSS BRIAN SMALLBONE, 28, of Whitley Wood Lane, Reading, admitted to beating a woman in Reading on July 17, 2016, and damaging a property and an iPad and using violence to enter a property. He was sentenced to 18 weeks in prison, was handed a restraining order and was made to pay £115.

CHRISTIAN MATTHEW KELLY, 33, of Hamble Court, Reading, admitted to stealing five bottles of whiskey worth £86 from Marks & Spencers on September 13, 2016. He was sentenced to three months in prison and was ordered to pay £115.

JAMIE DALLAS HANDLEIGH, 20, of Callington Road, Whitley, admitted to assaulting two men in Reading on June 11, 2016. He was handed a 10 day community order and was ordered to pay £185.

SEAN ANTHONY STOAKES, 26, of Basingstoke Road, Reading, admitted to possessing an imitation firearm while on Tilehurst Road and being in possession of cannabis and MDMA on July 11, 2016. He was handed a eight day community order and was made to pay £170.

The following people were ordered to pay between £135 and £360 for using a colour television without a licence: EMMA DYTE, 43, of Cleeve Down, Goring.
