The following cases were heard at Berkshire's Magistrates' Courts between August 26 and September 1.

JAMIE LLOYD FRASER PETERS, 24, of Norwood Road, Newtown. Conditionally discharged for 18 months after admitted using threatening, abusive words and behaviour on 10/08/2015. Fined £50 after admitted failing to surrender to custody on 24/8/15. Ordered to pay court charge and costs of £235 and victim surcharge of £15.

MARIUSZ KOWALSKI, 32, of William Street, west Reading. Community order made with 150 hours unpaid work after admitted common assault a woman on 16/7/15. Ordered to pay costs and £85 and victim surcharge of £60.

MICHAEL DELL CORNWALL, 37, no fixed abode. Fined £100 after admitted theft of perfume from Boots on 30/4/15. Ordered to pay costs of £150 and victim surcharge of £20.

GEORGE NIGEL YANNI, 35, of Copehagen Close, Whitley Wood. Community order with 40 hours unpaid work after admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause to believe immediate unlawful violence would be used on 22/02/2015. Ordered to pay costs of £135 and victim surcharge of £60.

MICHAEL JOHN SHACKLEFORD, 29, of Prospect Street, Reading. Fined total of £200 after admitted theft of food worth £7.20 from Tesco and use threatening and abusive words and behaviour on 8/6/15. Ordered to pay court charges of £150 and victim surcharge of £20.

KEVIN CAMADOO, 38, of Fernhurst Road, Calcot. Fined £650 after admitted drink driving on 11/8/15 with 84 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Ordered to pay costs and court charges of £235 and victim surcharge of £65. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.

CASSIAN THOMAS PAUL SCOTT, 30, of Kensington Road, west Reading. Fined £100 after admitted breaching a non-molestation order on 24/7/15. Ordered to pay court charges of £180 and victim surcharge of £20.

JASON WILLIAM DARREN WHITE, 22, of Rembrandt Way, Southcote. Community order made and fined £200 after admitted driving whilst disqualified and driving without insurance on 8/8/15. Ordered to pay court costs and charges of £210 and victim surcharge of £60.

MARCIA SANDRA BLAKE, 37, of Westbourne Terrace, west Reading. Community order made after admitted theft of groceries from Co-op on 12/3/15, clothes worth £850 from Marks and Spencer on 13/2/15, candles and lamps worth £150 on 20/2/15. Ordered to pay total compensation of £500.

CRAIG JONATHAN SLADE, 23, of Oxford Road, west Reading. Community order made with 100 hours unpaid work after convicted of fraud by abuse of position as a book keeper of Gala Coral Group on 17/10/14. Ordered to pay £500 compensation costs of £500.

ASHLEY JAMES BOWLER, 34, of Oxford Road, west Reading. Community order made after admitted assault by beating a woman on 28/6/15. Ordered to pay court costs and charges of £210 and victim surcharge of £60.

CINDY LORRAINE WESTCOTT, 51, of Queens Road, Reading. Community order made after admitted theft of a Dyson cleaner worth £299.99 from Sainsburys on 16/5/15, footwear and clothing worth £1000 from Marks and Spencer on 14/2/15, theft of champagne worth £113.69 from Sainsbury's on 22/8/15, alcohol worth £425.87 from Waitrose on 27/7/15. Ordered to pay total compensation of £260, court charge of £180 and victim surcharge of £60.

MICHAEL JOHN MCDONALD, 49, of The Square, Pangbourne. Jailed for 26 weeks after convicted of assault by beating a woman between 20/2/15 and 15/3/15 and between 20/4/15 and 15/5/15 and on 14/7/15. Ordered to pay compensation of £1000, costs and courts charge of £1140 and victim surcharge of £80.

ADRIAN JUDE CORDERY, 42, of Oxford Road, west Reading. Community order made after admitted assault by beating a woman on 26/8/15. Ordered to pay criminal courts charge £150 and victim surcharge of £60.

JENNIFER MARGARET POCOCK, 56, of Wincanton Road, Whitley Wood. Conditionally discharged for 12 months after admitted assault by beating a man on 27/8/15. Ordered to pay court costs and charges of £235 and victim surcharge of £15.

MATTHEW WAYNE LILLEY, 27, of Arbour Close, Coley. Jailed for total of 12 weeks after assaulting a designated accredited police person on 14/3/15. Ordered to pay victim surcharge of £80.
