A MAN who repeatedly touched a girl "inappropriately" whilst she was walking her dog is being sought by police.

Thames Valley Police were called after a young girl was walking her dog in Courage Park, Coley, when she noticed a man was staring at her.

She walked away from the man but he began to follow her, and touched her from behind.

The girl tried to get away from the man, who continued to follow her and touch her, all the way into Edenham Crescent in Reading, shortly before 3pm last Friday.

The man is described as in his early twenties, 5ft 7ins with blond hair.

A spokesman for Thames Valley Police said he was wearing a blue T-shirt, blue jeans and black trainers.

The spokesman added: "The victim, a girl, was walking a dog in Courage Park, Coley, at about 2.40pm on Friday (21/8).

"She noticed a man staring at her and then a few moments later the man approached her from behind and touched her.

"The victim was unable to get away from the offender, who continued to touch the girl inappropriately.

“We believe that the offender bought a number of items from Coley Park Off Licence in Wensley Road at about 2.15pm.
