A YOUNG woman was cut out of her car after it collided with another vehicle.
The 19-year-old was lifted out of her Vauxhall Corsa on a spinal board as a precaution and taken to hospital after the crash at 10.30pm yesterday (Saturday). No one else was in the car.
A Honda Civic was also involved in the collision in Old Rose Kiln Lane in Katesgrove near its junction with the new Rose Kiln Lane A33. No one from the Honda is thought to have been injured.
Firefighters from Caversham Road and Dee Road Fire Stations were at the scene for an hour-and-a-half and the road was closed.
