Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 27 of Trustee Act 1925, that the Scheme is being wound up in accordance with its

governing provisions.  A notice has been issued by the Trustees to all members of the Scheme in accordance with the requirements of the

Occupational Pensions Schemes (Disclosure of Information) Regulations 1996.  If you have not received any such notice and believe that you are entitled to benefits from the Scheme, you should write to Lorraine Hall, Access IS, 18-19 Suttons Business Park, Earley,

Reading, Berkshire, RG6 1AZ to make a claim for benefits under the Scheme.  Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, the dates between which they worked for Access Keyboards Limited or Access Limited and any documentation supporting their claim.  Claims must be made within 2 months of the date of publication of this Notice.  Further, if any other person has any claim against or interest in the Scheme, you should write to Lorraine Hall as above setting out particulars of your claim in writing, with documentation in support.  If you have already received an announcement from the Scheme Trustees, there is no need to respond to this Notice.

WOKINGHAM BOROUGH COUNCIL
(WAINGELS ROAD, WOODLEY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2012

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that Wokingham Borough Council as Traffic Authority proposes to make an Order under Section 14(1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Waingels Road, Woodley, between its junctions with Park Lane and Denmark Avenue.
The reason for this prohibition is to enable Wokingham Borough Council contractors to undertake essential resurfacing works in safety.
The alternative route for all vehicles affected by this closure will be via Park Lane, A 3032 Old Bath Road, A 4 Bath Road,
A 4 London Road, A 4 Shepherds Hill, Reading Road, Headley Road, Headley Road East, Tippings Lane and Denmark Avenue, or by this route in reverse.
Access for residents and businesses within the boundaries of this closure will be maintained at all times.
The restrictions to vehicular traffic will only be in effect whilst the necessary signs are displayed.
The Order will come into operation on 2nd March 2012 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
It is, however, anticipated that the road will be closed to carry out these works from 2nd to 5th March 2012 only.
