TEAMED-UP: Steve Lucker and Paul Driver, of Social, with Datchet based entrepreneur Robin Horrex celebrate the new partnerhsip.

AN AWARD winning entrepreneur has increased his prestigious client base even further.

Founded by Slough Chamber of Commerce's 2011 Entrepreneur of the Year, Robin Horrex, in 2006 Datchet-based Zone has bought branding agency Social - adding high-profile clients including TK Maxx, Global Radio and Hilton Hotels.

Robin Horrex, company founder and Slough Chamber of Commerce's 2011 Entrepreneur of the Year, said: "As far as both sets of clients are concerned, it will be very much business as normal.

"The two businesses will continue to operate autonomously, but will each have a new and rich vein of talent available to them.

"Under our newly created umbrella organisation of The Magic Button Creative Group, we will be able to expand, while allowing the men who head Social, Steve Lucker and Paul Driver, to focus on what they do best, which is creative thinking."

Steve Lucker said: "We're very excited about joining forces with Zone, who have developed a great reputation for class-leading campaigns. It will add value for all our clients, because the additional talent and scope will help drive our business - and theirs - to new levels."

Zone, which aims to increase business volume and sales by exploiting brands through campaigns, already has Cadbury's parent company Kraft and fizzy drink giant Pepsico on its client list.
