Get Rebecca out!

I've tried to like her, I really have but Rebecca's continual whining is driving me to distraction. It's enough and time for her to go.

As I spent a good few years living in Coventry, I was inclined to like Rebecca. She is after all one of the city's finest and best known exports now, along with reality TV veterans The Armstrongs and the bloke who plays the man married to the woman from Goodness Gracious Me in Eastenders. [I know, it's hardly a hall of fame].

However even my fond memories of the city are not enough to give Rebecca (she of the 'I love Cov' t-shirt) anything other than my scorn.

The fact this woman is a nursery nurse fills me with dread. I don't care how good she is with children - she clearly has no patience, has a voice that can cut glass and is so dim she makes George W Bush look like Einstein. I fear for future generations.

As for the nadir of last night, when - after four minutes hanging from a tyre vying for the chance to be head of house - she retreated weeping and bleating about how she couldn't do it and was too tired... Good grief. Has this woman done anything but moan since she entered hell? Or actually before that?

I think the producers have realised the problem too. They try to make her 'relationship' with Luke good telly. But is it ACTUALLY a relationship? No. She flirts with him because no-one else is interested no matter how often she strips off, while he makes Frank Spencerish noises of horror and disgust.

It's no good. Coventry, I love you. But for the dignity of your city... It's time to get Bex out.
