The Reading Football League Council has invited Taplow Utd and Sandhurst Devels to join the Senior Division for the forthcoming season.

Both clubs accepted the invitation at the league’s meeting last week which will increase the number of clubs from last season’s 11 following the withdrawal of Newbury FC who will play in the Hellenic League next term.

The Senior Division for 2008/09 will be as follows:

Westwood United

Cookham Dean

Reading YMCA

Woodley Town

Highmoor Ibis

Berks County Sports

Mortimer

Rabson Rovers

Royal Mail

Woodcote Stoke Row

Sandhurst Devels

Taplow Utd

Royal Mail’s inclusion is subject to the club finding a ground that meets the criteria of Reading Football League and excludes them from playing at Victoria Rec, Coley Rec or Prospect Park.
