THE top man at GreenPark is to move on.

Tim Davis, development director for owner PRUPIM, owners of the 200-acre park, is to leave after three years to pursue other opportunities.

In a statement from PRUPIM, Mr Davis said: “The past three years have been tremendously busy and exciting. The Green Park team delivered the largest office pre-let in the Thames Valley last year, started three speculative office developments, got the remaining plots 'ready to go’ and won planning for Green Park railway station.

“After the erection of the landmark wind turbine, GreenPark’s position as a leading UK sustainable mixed use development has been further strengthened by the recent planning permission for Green Park Village, a 700 plus home residential extension of Green Park.

“Several opportunities in the wider property sector have recently presented themselves and this seemed to be the right time in terms of this project and my career to move on.”

Director of development at PRUPIM, Bob Radley, said: “Tim has made a valuable contribution and he leaves Green Park in very good shape and we wish him well.”

Mr Davis will leave in July. There is no word yet on his replacement.
