Man arrested over injured cyclist
A MAN has been arrested for dangerous driving and questioned about a crash in which a cyclist suffered head and multiple injuries.
The 57-year old cyclist from Twyford broke his leg, arm and shoulder in the incident on June 30 and is still being treated at the Royal Berkshire Hospital.
He was involved in a collision with a silver Vauxhall Vectra at the Charvil roundabout on the Old Bath Road near the Texaco Garage.
This week officers quizzed a 44 year-old Southcote man who was later released on bail to return to Loddon Valley police station at Lower Earley on September 1.
